What banner exchange script do you use

I just bought GamePlugExchange.com and am going to get another domain for a regular arcade banner exchange but don't know what scripts are good. I know of Easy Banner Pro but it is very expensive. I have the money but really want something cheaper. The most important things for me, in order, are:

1. Cheat protection
2. Easy on the server
3. Easily customizable for templating and coding/modding

What scripts do you guys use and what would you recommend to me? If EBP is really that great or is the best script for my needs listed above let me know and I will go get it.

Please also mention what host you use because I currently use HostGator and they don't allow Banner Exchanges for some stupid reason.

EDIT: I just registered ArcadeBex.com . Stands for Arcade Banner Exchange.

I have also advised 3 others here not to and what did they do? YA...bought the cheaper one.

What happen in 6 months? Ya... thry bought EBP.
Did they need customers to move? Ya... very few will

Server. Might want to get your own. A lot of hosts like gater wil throttle you back or limit your pipe.

I wouldnt run an exchange on anything but your own. This way your host cannot throttle you back and if they lock ya down....what a pain to move. You are in controll. If your have exchnage customers, you need to think of them. Even the ones that run for free due to good exchange.

NEVER stupid questions!
I use layeredtech.com for my servers. They are UNmanaged, meaning you need to do all the updates and stuff. I am a computer GEEk but windoz. I jired a 3rd party to assist in the admin part.
http://platinumservermanagement.com/ best 29$ month spent. They do all the security and software updates. They even moved my 120 sites to bigger server!!! All for the monthly price.

FunKlicks is based on EBP, although the guts have been rewritten.

RickyG is giving some good advice, go dedicated if you plan on getting big. You can spend from $50 to $2000 for a machine depending on what you get.

And if you go with a good server farm and decide to go to a bigger server. You can have them hang the hard drive to make a data transfere....so much easier.
