Transfer?
if i transfer a domain to another registrar
will i retain: The age? The PR The normal stuff ?

The only thing you need to be careful is the propergation time. You cannot make any mods until it switches over to new server. Also, if a user signs up on old site...they wont make the trasfere.
Old and new server running cpanel? If it is ZIP it up and transfere it over. Have server admin install it wham - bam - done
