toolbar pr goes in/out.

Yup, as a suspected in another thread a few days ago. Gained major pr and lost on some on domains.

yeah noticing many updates.
For my sites I notice that the PR predictors were correct if the site was going to move up in PR. But they didn't predict the 1 pt drops in PR that like 2 of my sites had. I had a several new sites that jumped up nicely. pr is kinda easy to get up to a point though.

i have a feeling what a pr4 use to be is a pr3 now.
pr4 is the average for an arcade and i'm seeing ones that should be a 4 now are 3.
2 of my arcades went up just to pr3.
2grandarcade stayed at 4 when i thought it would go to 5.
gained a bunch of pr3 pages though.i don't even have many internal links out there.

i was surprised with a couple of my new sites getting a pr3.my directory is one of them.it is only a month old.

I haven't got any changes in my arcades, except in my last creation, made public on May.
Arcade Reign
It has been finaly ranked, some prediction rank sites (not very trusted this thing) were giving a PR5, lately a PR4, but finaly... PR3.
Well, not bad to start

I'll keep working on the site... i went to do it anyway ;D
