I havent seen the film yet but I will.

I dont like it when people and most of them are old and priest talk about the film like its something evil and its a descrase

I unlikely dont think that. Its just for curiosity and entertainment.

I dont understand why they do that.

Most of the people will see that film from curiosity.

And so do I.

I read the book last month and I saw the movie about 2 weeks ago. The book is much much better then the movie and I think if you never read the book it will be hard to understand the movie. Ron Howard did a decent job with the movie but personally I do not recommend you watching it if you already read the book.

Finally got around to renting this last weekend and watched the movie.

My wife read the book, but I didn't. We both liked the movie, but she said they left out lots of stuff, and of course there were some minor script changes.

I wouldn't call it a blockbuster movie, but it was a good one, worth seeing.
