Yes that is how it works if you link directly to the persons site and not through a tracking link on your site. If you don't link with the sites actual URL then your PR is meaningless when it comes to trades.

What we mean is that your linking to people through a tracking URL. For example your linking to BootyArcade with this URL "playflasharcade.com/links/out/299.html". Search engines see that a link to you not not BootyArcade. It still counts but very very little. If your trying to trade traffic then it is good to use linkout tracking. But if your requireing PR4 sites then you won't get much unless you link durectly to them like this http://www.bootyarcade.com .

Yes.. Your tracking system links are good if want to exchange and monitor traffic .. otherwise, your PR4 is only valuable with hard coded URL/ANCHOR
