PR2 Site Looking For PR2 Or Higher Links

My site http://www.playpassgames.com is at a PR 2 right now. I am looking to exchange SITEWIDE links for SEO purposes. Your link will be on the footer of every page of my site (currently 12,000 indexed pages by google). This IS NOT a you-send-me-10-clicks-I-send-you-9-clicks thing. It's just I have your link on all my pages, and you have my link on all of your pages. Works wonders for SEO. Only sites with a pagerank of 2 or higher please! Please post or PM me if you are interested in exchanging links.

I guess I wasn't clear in my first post...

This is NOT a link exchange where you have to send me 10 clicks and then I send you 9 clicks. It is just hardlinking to each other. This is where I put a link of your site on every page of my site and you put a link of my site on every page of your site. It is not clicked based at all. It's not you send me 10 clicks I send you 9 clicks. It's just I have your link up and you have my link up. For instance, I will have your link http://yoursite.com on my site with the title of Free Games (or whatever you want it to be). Then you have my link on your site with the title of something like Free Online Games.

It works wonders for SEO, plus you get thousands of backlinks!

EW: I will hardlink a site with no PR or PR1 if you have a site that will exchange harlinks with my site and is a PR 3 or higher. Ex) yoursite1.com has a PR3 and yoursite2.com has a no PR, I will hardlink BOTH of your sites if you hardlink my site on both of your sites. Please remember that I will never take off your link as long as you keep my site on your page.

I'm interested. I've already added your link as a footer on the bottom of my page (it might move the the left link column as a sitewide link if I can't find others sites to exchange links with for seo purposes in the same location. Furthermore, does anyone else want to exchange site-wide links on the footer of my page with me (not traffic exchange)?
