Dang man, I really don't get how you got a PR5 from that domain when it is 1 month old :P . Is that domain similar to any other site? I had blogging-ads.com before and it turned PR5 when my blog, bloggin-ads, turned PR5. I waited about 2 months and it went back to PR0. I wanted to sell the domain too

Yea, if you want your blog to rank high, just have a link to it on every page of your site (header or footer). My blog http://playpassgames.wordpress.com is at a PR3 and my main site is only at a PR2.
