I think the site is sold, but the new owner would keep it up as long as you keep it up on your end.

I can exchanges about 5-10 hits per day now if anyone is ready.

Go ahead, add an exchange on Hangout's page. Last I did anything to it though, it was set up to exchange links, not count traffic echanged. A few people were requesting it that way lol.
