Good job on your site. What did you do to get that much traffic in such a little amount of time? I don't see any banner exchanges. Was it all just paid traffic?

great stats how can you find out what your site has been stumbled for... my site is about 4 days old and i got stumbled yesterday, i clicked the referring url (nothing) and i searched stumbleupon for my site but i havent found anything

You should use Google Analytics to track this. If you get something of yours stumbled, you should check how long the visitors stayed on your page. 70-80% of Stumble traffic is worthless because no one stays on your page. The only thing it does is boost your visitors count, game count, stats for about a few days. StumbleUpon knows that their traffic is stupid. I had a buddy that owned a few of the top stumble accounts that could give out thousands of visitors. He just makes that account with a bot.
The key here is that you want traffic that stays on your site because that is more valuable. Quality is much better than Quantity  BTW, cafecafegames looks very good. What script are you running?
