I have just developed a free game in java, and starts thinking about whether i should put some ads on my site and start driving traffic to my site or use a game portal, or both if possible. Or maybe both.
Seeing most portals only show flash or shockwave games, is it possible to get java games on portals?

the thing is not many arcade script support java games so you will have to link it or have it framed

In fact prefer that the portal linked to me, and drove traffic to my site, but i dont see many sites doing that. So if anyone is interested in link exchange please contact me :-)

i would but the would need to be more games on there

Hey Haze,
Dude awesome java game!

You should add like 2 leaderboards onto it 1 above the flash and 1 below it would gain you some good desent income forsure.

You should use both as then it would gain your game more rep and gain you more traffic for your future games if any are made.

You be surpised how many computers have java installed but it never gets used much seriously if java gets re-introduced again then i would support it fully as the concept of it you can gain so much good techniques in a small filesize which is amazing.

Also haze buddy you accept 88x31 button images on your site? Thanks!

if you develop the game to a really big one or something multiplayer i dont see why you cant make a site for justa game i mean look at runescape it doesnt have 1000s of games it has just 1 game and it is doing good and or just gie you users more features and updates
