Has there been any improvement in support?
I've been considering GS for a little while but I've heard and read so many horrible things about bugs and the extremely low level of support that at this point I'm considering going elsewhere (there are so many scripts out there that it's actually a little overwhelming.)
I hopped onto their forums and have received some responses to my thread there by their folks, but to be honest, I really didn't sense a lot of effort. (I could be wrong -- it can be hard to tell over the internet sometimes.) I've been told that most of their support is done via ticket, and they claim their average ticket wait time is about 6 hours now.
Supposedly, the poor service was being caused by some problem with the ticket system, but I'd like to hear some input from actual customers to find out if there's been any actual improvement and how satisfied (or dissatisfied) everyone is with the service (and the latest version of the script) now.
