Service SUCKS!

You would think it would work right out of the box, but noooooooooooo.

The admin panel has some stupid Unable to retrieve license from config.php (yes license is in config and yes the license is active).

I emailed support they asked for FTP details, this was two days ago, no sign of a fix nor an email. This is really pissing me off.

I owned a script from them as well and left because support was so bad.
And that was not that long ago. One time it took me like 2 or more weeks to
get an answer. If it were not for the members help I would have totally lost it.

Anyway sorry to hear your troubles. I no longer deal with them even though I spent over 200.00 for the script. Not worth the headache.

What script do you use now?

I use GameSiteScript. There ok. They seem to be getting things going over there since it has changed hands 3 times in a year and a half.

I think they need more time to sort more things out with the script.
I would try some of the others like onarcade or advanced...etc

Get some opinions on the other scripts out there.

Personally I love the look and feel of GS it's just this damn Unable to retrieve license bullcrap I get when I login to the admin panel. Besides that everything looks great, I customized the site to fit very well with my style. Just this one little quirk.

Yeah like I said there biggest problem is answering questions.
Good luck with the script. It is a nice script just the support really sucks

i hate that phone home crap.i bypass it if i'm going to use a script that has that.
