Not exactly
I found 3 places where I can buy games, exclusive or not the minimum price is $250 and it goes up to $8.000
The game comes with score board or not (depending on the game)
For having your logos all over the game its from $50 up to $500

If only I make some cahs from google adsense... I wouldnt mind buying a game or two to make my site more exclusive.

I noticed one thing.
The visitor comes to your site plays a few rounds and he leaves to the site that is on the logo.... miniclip flashgames247, crazy monkey and so on...

Exclusivity is the key.

I saw a few games at miniclip where you can brand them but damn $2.999 for branding them is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much. Besides they were the baddest games I ever seen.

I have a list of (professional) game developers here and another one . You could also go to BMTMicro and see 100s more who build and sell their own creations.
