Problem adding a game

So basically i got this game created for my site,but for some reason it's not letting me add it to any of my sites( they all run on phpas), like i try adding it,it adds everything but the actual game file( so on the game page for it,it shows nothing on my site,but it adds the thumbnail and all that), so when i go to edit the game,to see if it added the game file(it's only 3mb and its .swf) it's not showing anything in the Game File box, i know the file isn't site locked or anything as i can just go into my actual game/file folder and it to the site's their but not with the actual script!( i also asked the creator of the game and she said it wasn't and she couldn't think of why it's not adding it either)
So would anyone have any clue to this?, as this is really frusterating me

i cant think of why it aint working but you could add the game by embedding it with the custom coding thing

Check the file permissions(read/write) on your site make it 644 min.
Check the filename of game and consider this.
The phpAS script doesn't always add games out of the box.
It's buggy and needs a custom tweak!

most of shared hosting only allow 8mb upload max. try manually ftp

yeh,i just found out it's the hosting that is doing it puts a time limit on uploading( so supposedly 3mb takes to long i guess

),i guess i'll just ftp it!

But anyways, thanks everyone for your help

If you have access to your php.ini file on with your host you can adjust the time limit for upload and the file size limits too. Will come in handy if you allow people to submit. But ftp is safer way to do.

if you don't access to php.ini,there are two things that may or may not work.
upload your own php.ini to your root.it will over ride the server php.ini.
or
add what you want to change to your .htaccess.
example: php_value upload_max_filesize 20M

upload a php file with:
<?
phpinfo();
?>
to see your settings.
