If you do, then having there logo is fine, if not you are in direct violation of trademark infringment.

Looks like Virgin sponsored the game. There is a link to them in the game.

The game is down.... I can't see it and I can't get it to put it on my site !

BTW, cwconline, Tamba is quite wellknown as an advertgames company... they have big companies as customers.
