WANTED: Someone to create a very easy facebook app

I'm looking for someone who can create a very simple facebook application for one of my websites. Basically it just needs to display an image (possibly rotating between x amount of images) and a url people can click on to be redirect to a website.

If you are able to do so, please PM me with an estimate of cost and turnaround time.

Do you already have this on a webpage on your website/server? Or does everything need to be done from scratch?
