The reason for sharing would be to cut down on costs and widen your distribution. Also, in my case, my arcades are targeted more at females while most other arcades target males. So it is possible to co-market without taking away from each other.

I looked at the site you posted and the lowest price per pen is 19c and only if you buy like 10k. Can you link me to the ones you saw? Also how many pens are needed to have a noticeable rise in traffic?

I'm stumped on the distribution since I live in a very rural area. There's just no way for me to be able to get them out there to a marketplace that has enough value to it. When you're marketing like this I think it's more similar to radio/television because the advertisement is being selectively distributed in an area and certain cities in this country are much more profitable in media and marketing.

woo, I actually order from someone I know locally. I mentioned that site just to give you ideas since you wanted something more exciting than pens. Thats the sad truth, most places have high minimum orders. As for noticeable traffic, it depends on how/who/when/etc you do things. I used to distribute at local arcades (traditional) and I've seen measurable results during events they held. Its a little difficult to measure the success of such things.
