There are many was of apprassing this. Here is mine:
Price of script
Price of domain
That would be my opinion since it is so new, there is nothing to offer. Alos the domain has a double E in the middle of. This make the DN less desirable.

Here are some rulez of thumb to go by for future refference:
Page rank
10X the monthly income
Age of site
Page Views
Where does traffic come from

i suggest developing it more and then try to sell it when the traffic is steady and revenue if it is a young site that is.
