Helllo There,

I am currently taking offers on Games Volcano .com, The site has been established for around a year now and I am finding I just don't have time to run it properly (havnt touched it for the last 4/5 months) Despite this it archives around 6k (60k page views) unique visitors a month and i get about $20 a month for doing nothing. Though back in October 2007 i spend a little time on the site and managed 9k unique!

In terms of the site itself it has over 2000 games, a neat advertising system, runs on GSS, Completely custom theme and Logo! and around 170 registered members.

I will be looking for offers around $400

Payment through Paypal only, i can offer some assistance with setting the site up on your server if you need it

Hi,

I'll be very honest with you.

Your price is unreasonable. Generally sites like this will go for up to twelve months revenue. Currently you're asking for fifty..

Yes you will be very very lucky if you can get a price like that for a site.
When I buy arcade sites, I make a bid on 10 month of revenue. So I fair price for the site would be around 200-250$

Thanks for the feedback guy's, Yeah i will lower to bids around $400,

I know you recommended $250 but that was based on its current revenue, With a little attention the monthly revenue could easily be doubled! Also im takes into account the custom theme and logo the game pack and the 170 odd members.

Well, you said you you only make about 20$ USD per month... now 400 is kinda high and here is why.

1.) You take 1 months revenue and times it by twelve so one years worth of revenue.
2.) Your site is very to much adultish ( I SAW MAJOR PORN ON IT WITHOUT A 18+ Warning, also did you know you violated U.S FEDERAL LAW BY NOT HAVING YOUR USERS CLICK ON AGREEMENT SAYING THEY ARE 18+ and 21 is some districts? Just thought you should know.

I would give you 200$ usd because the design isnt all that great.... well i said enough

Don't listen to what people say all the time as alot of people got on my back for selling high and heck i got more than alot of offers even double what it was forsale. There is always people out there that want to buy things out quickly like corp gimmicks.

Good site plus the great design but you went overboard with the ads sorry to say... apart from that it could do great things targeting the correct keywords.
