What is Zayplay worth (ev. sale)? $450/mo. revenue

Hi everyone!,

I plan to sell my site Zayplay - Play Free Games Online - It makes around $450/mo. and it's mostly by Google AdSense Ads. I have unused adspace that I want to show good CPM-ads on, but can't just find out which one to use. Right now I test Widgetbucks and Adtoll.

Anyway, I make around $450/mo. and it's about $400 from Google then. I have around 1700 unique visitors and 6000 impressions per day. Only 1 PR but I think it will raise a bit soon, to something higher.

I buy advertising for about $3/day (but not that I have counted this from my $450, so I still make $450 in PURE PROFIT).

Well, that's it - what would the site be worth if I sold it? Any decent price. If anyone is intrested then write a message in this thread or send me an PM.

I would base it on

1.domain back links, domain age, uniques/day, page views/day
2.cost of hosting and advertising expensed
3.type of traffic
4.revenue

Alexa looks good for you also (not that it matters much)

If it is as you have stated $400.00/mo profit I would start bidding at $800.00

There is NO WAY that your website make that much...your site pr is 0 and you almost have no back links.

proof of traffic and revenue i will paid you $$$$$

also according to Aardvark Topside (bottom left on your site) your average around 850 and no where come close 1700

My site was only a month old and it was making x,xxx monthly from YPN. I dont know about Google....... They are only a nickle if that a click...

ages doesn't matter as long as you have traffic, but if you look his traffic and he claim he have average around 1700 that totally fault.. If i remember correctly i think he looking to buy traffic couple week ago

i just hate those liar and make money on newbie.

also he only have around 187 games...

Sure, I have not 1700 uniques/day if you look at the whole time but if you count 1 week back, I would say so. And please, please notice that it wasn't my full intrest to sell the site, more likely been giving some feedback and an eventual sale. I also have 2 other incomesources that bring me like $3/day (it cover more or less up the internetadvertising, and pay trough PayPal so I can handle it online smooth, very smoothly). Google only pay trough wire. But look below for further information.

Here some proofs for TODAYS STATS AND EARNINGS:

Google Analytics (November 16, 2007):

Google AdSense, not $15 yet, but it counts for approximately 6 hours more (November 16, 2007):

To defend myself with the money, it's about 6h left when taking this printscreen and I can give you printscreens of this week and this month if you like, or days when I had $25 - on even less visits.

Do you belive me now?

Maybe you shouldn't accuse me for something, less you have som real statement?

Or you are just own me an apologize?

Dude last week you try to find to buy some traffic , did you remember that? who know if your traffic is unique ?

Buy cheaper traffic than $0.01 CPC?

what you mean so what? that mean your traffic is not stable . well if you spend $3 and make that much why dont you spend about $50 that mean you make 50 time more... lol hmn..right? BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!

selling any website,people want to know how much non advertising traffic you have.
if most of your traffic is from advertising,then the site is worth very little.

since the site is only 4 months old and looking at a sample of your backlinks,it might be worth $100 at best.

i find it hard to believe that you make 1 - 1.5 cents per person on just adsense.any prospect buyer will doubt that to.
