I am selling my site, [NAME REMOVED AT THE REQUEST OF NEW OWNER], as I just don't have the time to dedicate to it any more, and I want to re-claim some of the bandwidth it is using monthly (I don't get unlimited

)

Anyways, from taking an average of the Google Analytics stats and my webalizer stats, I think it is getting somewhere between 100 and 200 visitors a day with probably an average of 700 - 1100 page views per day.

The stats aren't fantastic, but then I've never really promoted the site at all. To be honest, I've only started doing stuff like link exchanges etc in the last day or 2 and the site has been around since xmas!!

The site has about 950 registered users as of now.

In terms of content, there are just under 500 games on the site. I bought the ORIGINAL GSS game pack, and have added a fair number more myself. I seem to have a good number that aren't included in any GSS game packs, and I also have a large number of games downloaded (5 or 600 hundred ish) that I haven't gotten around to uploading to the site yet - I can make these available to anyone who buys the site.

The site itself is using GSS, although I have made a few alterations :

1) Registered users have the ability to pay a monthly subscription ($2 I think) to remove adverts. No one has yet done this, but then it's not really something I've really promoted. This is integrated into the script code - once they are set in the DB as a subscriber, the ads won't show.

2) A couple of extra little bits have been added for things like ads - nothing major, just a few pics here and there - that kind of thing.

3) I have played around with a few of the menu's etc. Again, nothing major though.

4) I have added a new Film/video clip category, where you can add custom code, like You Tube videos etc. This section is not included in the recently added games, but has its own recently added section. (See the site for what I mean)

The price the site is sold for will include the site itself, (including design), the domain name (free transfer to 123-reg.co.uk account, otherwise buyer must pay), the GSS Licence, the site database (in case you wondered!), and everything else.

It will NOT include the logo because, as bad as it is, the logo fits in with the branding of the rest of my sites, so cannot be transferred.

The price will also include help transferring the site to the buyers host, although if any redevelopment or extra work is required, that is the buyers responsibility - I'm happy to do it for a fee, but it will not be included (for example, if the buyer wants to change menu's etc).

That's it really - if you want to know anything, please ask. I'm not going to rip anyone off - I will only sell to someone if I'm happy they understand what they are buying.

As for the price - I'm open to offers.... please PM me. Basically, the first decent one I get, I am happy to take. This isn't an auction, it is a straight sale. If I don't like you price, I will tell you, but we can always negotiate!

Payment will be through PayPal, unless the buyer lives locally and wants to pay in cash
