hi my friends, as the oicture on the below, I want to ask like uglys websites, how can I creat this column?

I could be wrong but i think that is the adside.php located in the themes folder

but there is here 4 side, I think adside is the 3. one. If I add the codes there seemly it will show under or over google ads...
