Hi my friends,

What do you think about arcadem pro?

Is it a usefull script? Do you prefer it to use?

I use arcadem pro for FingerMonkey. I've had quite a bit of trouble with it to be honest, particularly when it comes to upgrading. The template system is fairly complex and has a steep learning curve, but with patience you get there in the end. The admin panel is more about eye candy than practical functionality.

That being said, it has got a lot faster in terms of load times and it is one of the cheaper options, but if I was going to start a new arcade from scratch, I'd probably look for something else. The next version is due out soon (has been due for weeks now) and boasts a lot of new features and improvements. I hope that's the case because the current version is beginning to feel old and clunky.

The problem that plagues most of these scripts is that they are one-man shows. You are at the mercy of a single developer, which means long waiting times and often a linear vision. My overall advice is make sure you weigh up the pros and cons very carefully before buying.

P.s. what's the script you're using for http://www.yeni-oyunlar.biz? It looks very close to the miniclip layout.

for www.yeni-oyunlar.biz one of my friend told me that there is a so script turkish with 4500 games... And I bought it... After I saw to many websites have the similar script...

I agree with Andrew about arcadem 2.62. If your looking for some thing cost affective I would look into php arcade script, although its still a single developer working on the script, it seems there admin has a name and provides better support.

I forgot to mention one important point about Arcadem and that is Uglygit's stellar work in the Arcadem support forums, he has kept the whole thing going while Agares got down to some coding.

One final point and i've said it before, the field is WIDE OPEN for a new dev team to come in and take the arcade script scene by storm. Seriously, 2 or 3 devs working on a premium arcade script with solid templates and add ons could make a small fortune. I thought proarcadescript looked promising but same old story, one guy, not devoted, not enough time to provide updates etc etc...

I'm guessing befor the end of the year, I could be wrong though. There is no time frame, in the admins lastest post he says it would be worth the 6-7 month wait, so maybe next month?
