selling text link ad space if enough buyers! pr3 1000 hits per day

Hey all, I'd like to start selling ad space directly on www.ubgspace.com. It is PR3/1000 unique visitors a day and at the moment I am selling through text link ads and linkworth. I am really trying to get rid of these two programs but I will not be able to unless I see that there are some buyers out there (preferably 3+).

So...any buyers for the footer?
I have been selling individual links for $10 each on a monthly basis on both these programs and they have been selling quite easily so i figure this is a reasonable price to ask of everyone else.

If your interested please pm me and we'll get something set up.

Again I am really looking for an actual reason to stop using text link ads/linkworth, but if I am not making the same profit from selling direct then there is no reason to stop, so the more buyers the better!

These directly sold links will now be going in a section set aside in the right column of the site called something like "preferred partners", hopefully this will get them some clicks as well as pr

Your site looks almost exactly like rpgd.com. I am guessing you are using the same script?

heh yeah its the same script, phpas, I wasn't really looking for a new template but then i saw the creator of this template we both have going out of business, really liked it so i got it. Although it isn't "unique" I still really like it. Might try to change up the colors at least in a bit but for now it serves its purpose
