I say it is definitely worth your time and energy to get that $30 back - I mean it will probably only take several weeks to get things in order, then another several months to get things resolved - I mean it might cost you a lot of money and yah, you might lose - but for THIRTY dollars man, you'd be almost foolish to not go after that! Then of course, you can always go for an extra $30 in pain and suffering - and if you're lucky and get a good judge, you just might get that windfall of cash!
Plus, there are a lot of hungry lawyers in the world who would love to take that case - they are always keeping their eyes open for a good opportunity to take down a big corporation like php arcade script. Whatever pays the bills...
