Your credit card company CAN reverse the charges on fraudulent merchandise even if its virtual. Not saying PHP AS is fraudulent, that was just a blanket statement there.

it is true that there is no chance with paypal to recover money,but if you use your credit card,your claim would be with paypal.
wouldn't you risk your account bing closed?
rule of thumb,don't send money to someone that you can't afford to be scammed.
on lager amounts use a CC processor or moneybookers.
this claim,your just unsatisfied,you weren't scammed.
does everybody file claims against microsoft because there are some bugs in the OS?
