Why use an image that is probably copyrighted and a pain to work with? It would not be hard at all to make a little ball of fire in photoshop... It's to difficult for me to explain the process of making it here. However, I found a nice little video tutorial that could help you out a bit.
Tip: Make it large and save that version so you never have to worry about scaling it larger. It would not be fun since it's not a vector image.
