Buy a license to the script you plan to use, don't be a thief.
The design looks rather clean, too clean for an arcade. Try to add some variation or make an interesting banner that signifies an arcade.
From the blank spots, I'm assuming there are or will be ads (ads are not loading for me, probably just my internet). Ads are fine but remember not to over-do the amount of ads you place on your site as it will increase loading time and decrease visitors that stay on your site. 2-3 per page is best, but I would not go over 5 and I'd stick with popular networks that don't have a bad loading time.
The red colored headers on the category, game launch, & game pages look lost and out of place, change it's color to match the sites color scheme.

Before you do steps 2-4, buy a license if you haven't already!
