Any of you guys got a ASUS p5K deluxe motherboard ?
I switch mine on every morning and it doesn't post beep, so I leave it on for 20mins, power cycle and it works (sometimes). It's whats called the cold boot problem (see asus forums).
The only solution is to leave it switched on.
Well the gist of the post is before you buy anything have a look in the forums. In a couple of days I'm gonna make a post on greenpeace forums and direct a load of activists at Asus because Asus energy saving stance ain't working.
And if that don't work I'm sending Pico down handbag 'n' all .
