I like TD games. The most challenging ones I've come across are Vector TD http://www.candystand.com/play.do?id=18047 and most recently Protector http://ohfreegames.com/play_3388_protector-online.html
I also like onslaught http://onslaught.playr.co.uk/ but it got pretty boring pretty quick!
