this site and others of mines are under the terms of "Fair Dealing" of the United Kingdom's Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 - Chapter III - section 30, subsection 1 - under the terms of criticism and/or review as follows:
"Fair dealing with a work for the purpose of criticism or review, of that or another work or of a performance of a work, does not infringe any copyright in the work provided that it is accompanied by a sufficient acknowledgement."
all content that are put up to emeraldgames.com are the the purpose of critcism and review therefore in the act of "fair dealings". Any copyright claims shall not be in power as it conflicts with the "fair dealings" by law i do have the right to add sonic related items on the site but only as they are for critcism and review purposes.
Also all content are hosted externally on a file server which is on a oversea's location which i cannot say where but techically nothing is hosted on emeraldgames.com at all only the design and coding on the website itself.
