Must be PR3 or above - ideally
Over 6 months old - ideally.
Make more than $5 a day - must be able to prove this.
Must be a good domain name.
Must be a unique design - no generic crap and must have a good logo - please no PhotoShop newbie attempts at logo design or template design etc.
Receive good traffic.
Not bothered about what script you run. Just to meet the above criteria.
