I coded this so that I could convert my GSS 2.2 SQL database Games table into a format suitable for GSS 3.1.
As I am posting this the program is transforming 4,000 games into to GSS 3.1 format.

I thought i may aswell share it with the community rather than keeping it stored up on my harddrive where no one else can benefit from it. So here it is, hope it helps a few people.
